Parent Witnesses Of Vaccine-Injured Children That We Are Seeking
We are seeking parents of vaccine-injured children as potential witnesses for our federal lawsuit. This would include all types of injuries from all types of vaccines, both recent and long ago. We are especially interested in cases where the vaccine injury is: (1) autism, (2) Sudden Unexpected Infant Death of a previously well child occurring suddenly after an immunization, or (3) neurological injury occurring after an HPV immunization
Since this lawsuit only seeks to eliminate California’s immunization requirements, no money is at stake and witnesses will not get money from this case. But they will have the satisfaction of helping to prevent more vaccine injuries to other children and their parents.
